Groundskeeper

Job Description The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of an apartment complex to ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment. This role involves lawn care, plant maintenance, debris removal, and general upkeep tasks, often working independently or within a small team. Seasonal projects may vary, requiring flexibility with workload and tasks. Moderate physical labor and light physical activity are typical daily expectations.
