Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Deerfield Beach, FL, for an experienced Sales Floor Manager. The Sales Floor Manager will oversee daily operations on the sales floor, manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure the overall satisfaction of clients. Additional responsibilities include designing strategies to improve operational efficiency, providing training and mentorship to staff, and maintaining an organized and high-performing work environment. Qualifications Strong customer satisfaction, customer service, and interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesExperience in operations management, with a focus on streamlining processes and maximizing efficiencyProven ability to train, mentor, and motivate team membersProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalismLeadership experience in a retail or sales-oriented environment is preferredProficiency in using standard business software and toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
