Your job is to book qualified meetings between Florida multifamily owners and our Portfolio Advisors. You are not closing deals — you are filling the calendar with the right conversations.What you'll do:- Multi-channel outbound: calls, email, and LinkedIn DMs into Florida multifamily owners, GPs, and institutional asset managers- Qualify prospects against defined criteria before booking- Hand off clean, pre-educated leads to Portfolio Advisors- Keep CRM updated daily- Grow into a Portfolio Advisor role if you performWhat makes this different:- You have a curated list of 1,000+ qualified Florida multifamily properties to work — you are not starting cold- Direct coaching from the founder- Clear path to Portfolio Advisor for top performers- Remote, flexible, no territory restrictionsCOMPENSATIONBase salary: $40,000-$50,000 (US-based) or $18,000-$30,000 (LATAM remote)Variable: $40-$75 per qualified meeting that shows up + $150-$250 kicker per deal that closes from your meetingsOTE: $60,000-$70,000 at performance (US); $30,000-$40,000 (LATAM)WHAT WE NEED- Prior US-facing B2B outbound experience (SDR, BDR, appointment setter, or similar)- Impeccable spoken and written English — non-negotiable- Comfortable calling C-level executives, principals, and institutional owners cold- Metrics-driven, coachable, and hungry- NOT a general VA role — real outbound sales experience requiredHOW TO APPLYA 60-second Loom video is REQUIRED to be considered.
