Remote Partnership Executive, responsible for driving sales and building partner relationships in a full-time role that combines prospecting, business development, and advisory functions for real estate professionals. Key Responsibilities Prospect, present, and close new partner relationships through structured sales conversations and outreach Guide high-earning real estate professionals in evaluating the investment model and ensure their business growth Transition to a board-level advisor role, managing strategy meetings and driving accountability for partner success Required Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, B2B, insurance, or real estate Ability to hold sophisticated conversations with high-income business owners Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business division Self-directed and disciplined, capable of working autonomously Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to client success
