Product Development & Commercialization Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to contribute to the development of trend-forward beauty tools, accessories, and personal care products within a global leader known for quality and creativity.In this role, you will play a key part in managing product development projects from concept to market, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution. You'll be instrumental in supporting product SKU management, pricing, and data input, leveraging your strong Excel skills and industry experience to make a real impact.Required:5+ years of experience in Product Development, Sourcing, or Product Management, preferably within beauty, personal care, or consumer products.A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.Experience working with private label and/or OEM/ODM suppliers and global manufacturing partners.Strong understanding of cost drivers, MOQs, margin targets, and pricing architecture within mass or specialty retail environments.Working knowledge of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements for consumer productsProficiency in MS Excel and all other Microsoft Office 365 tools; experience with Monday.com, Airtable, Canva and other project management and ai tools a plus.If you are interested in learning more about ARROWMAC, please visit us at arrowmac.comCompany Description Welcome to Arrowmac!Arrowmac represents some of the top web, marketing, advertising and creative professionals in Southern California.
