Position Overview The Sous Chef plays a critical leadership role in the kitchen, partnering closely with the Head Chef to execute daily operations, maintain exceptional food quality, and develop a high-performing culinary team. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
