Marketing Specialist, Boca Raton, FLOur client is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Marketing Specialist to join a growing healthcare organization supporting multiple locations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing projects, and like being the go-to person who keeps everything moving—this role is for you.This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll work across teams to drive marketing execution, support new office launches, and ensure everything is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.What You’ll Be DoingManage and triage the marketing inbox, ensuring requests are prioritized and completed efficientlyCoordinate marketing projects from start to finish (timelines, deliverables, communication)Draft and edit internal and external communicationsSupport new practice launches (signage, collateral, digital listings, local marketing)Partner with operations, clinical teams, and vendors to execute initiativesReview and proof materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignmentSupport community marketing efforts including events and partnershipsWhat We’re Looking For5–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or marketing operationsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong proofreading skillsExperience with CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft OfficeHealthcare or multi-location experience is a plusWhy This RoleHigh-impact role with visibility across the organizationOpportunity to help scale and improve marketing operationsCollaborative, team-oriented environmentGrowth potential as the organization continues to expand
