This role is highly focused on paid media, campaign optimization, and measurable ROI, while also supporting brand consistency and cross-channel execution.Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing performance data, and aligning marketing efforts with sales and retail initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a balance of analytical rigor and creative thinking, with a strong focus on delivering results.What You'll DoOwn and execute paid media across Google, Meta, and TikTokManage budgets and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversion growthAnalyze performance and turn insights into actionTest creatives, audiences, and messaging to continuously improve resultsAlign campaigns with retail promotions, launches, and seasonal momentsCreate and oversee content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling initiativesCapture and coordinate content creation at events, trade shows, retail activations, and field marketing programsSupport event execution including industry trade shows, consumer events, and retailer activationsCollaborate with sales, field teams, influencers, and external partners to increase brand visibility and engagementMaintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channelsQualifications4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and performance marketingProven track record of driving revenue growth and measurable ROI across campaignsHands-on experience with:Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)TikTok Ads ManagerStrong background in campaign strategy, budget management, and performance optimization (ROAS, CPA, CAC)Experience leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution platforms) to inform decision-makingAbility to translate data into actionable insights and continuously improve campaign performanceStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and external partnersExperience in CPG, retail, or eCommerce preferredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plusComp & Benefits💰 Salary (Base): $65,000 – $85,000🎯 Annual Bonus: KPI-driven performance bonus🌴 DTO: Unlimited (manager-approved) paid time off📈 401(k): 6% company match🏥 Health Insurance: 90% company-paid👁️ Vision & Dental Insurance🚗 Mileage Reimbursement
