Solutions Architect

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect with a focuson building AI/ML based solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role indesigning and implementing AI-driven solutions across our omnichannel platforms toeliminate / reduce human interaction. This role requires a conceptual understanding ofAI technologies, with the goal of personalizing user experiences.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of AI-based solutions for personalized customer experiencesacross omnichannel platforms (web, mobile, chatbots, voice, etc). Ensure alignment of AI solutions with enterprise architecture and industry bestpractices, including compliance with healthcare regulations. Prepare conceptual Design / Arch systems that leverage machine learning,natural language processing (NLP) and GenAI to enhance customerinteractions, including virtual assistants and recommendation engines. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, andhealthcare technologies by reviewing whitepapers, research papers, and industryreports. Evaluate new AI technologies and trends, proposing innovations that align withbusiness needs and competitive market demands. Engage with business stakeholders, including product owners and departmentheads, to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions. Participate in JAD session with product and help them realize art of possibleusing AI technologies. Present AI strategies and architectures to stakeholders, demonstrating the valueand impact on business outcomes. Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and UX teams to architect end-to-end AI systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including AImodel lifecycles, data flow diagrams, and integration plans.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a relatedfield. 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI and machinelearning. Understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning,NLP, and predictive analytics. Understanding of AI limitation including Governance, Bias etc. Experience in reviewing and analyzing technical whitepapers and researchpapers to inform AI strategy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
