Are you ready to accomplish your vision?Job Summary:As the Service and Maintenance Sales Executive in your area, you will drive business growth for Jones Sign in a region full of business opportunities. Your mission is to build service and maintenance opportunities in the Las Vegas regional area while developing maintenance solutions for signage, lighting, message centers and architectural elements.The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and developing service and maintenance agreements within the market. You will aggressively seek out new service and maintenance opportunities and manage the logistics of the final product resulting in complete client satisfaction and customer loyalty.Duties and Expectations:Generate leads and maintains a pipeline of opportunities with the Las Vegas marketIdentifies a scope of work that addresses and solves a customer's needYou will lead the process from lead generation to marketing strategy to proposal generation to a final singed and sold opportunityCultivate relationships with owners, contractors, property managers and developers to present and sell service and maintenance agreements of signs, electronic message centers, lighting and custom architectural elements; manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needsConduct incisive and insightful research of markets, competitors and opportunitiesAcquire new customers through direct sales techniques, traditional prospecting, networking, pursuit of new Projects, existing business relationships and marketing visitsProvide accurate and reliable sales forecastsEducation, Experience, and Skills:Proven experience in service and maintenance or project sales experience, preferably within the sign and/or lighting industry.Completion of or continuing education towards an associate or bachelor's degreeAbility to respond to inquiries from employees, customers (internal/external)Ability to define and solve problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsPrior sign, service or maintenance experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprintsRead and understand product schematics along with assembly instructionsStrong coaching expertise and knowledge of leadership developmentAbility to develop a comprehensive scope of work that solves the customers' needsAbility to negotiate and close dealsActive Driver's License with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrentlyDocumented, proven history of sales and exceeding quotas annuallyTop notch communication and presentation skills with service driven professionalismTechnical proficiency in a variety of programs, including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.We are a leading sign company in the U.S. and provide an attractive benefits package:Health & Wellbeing BenefitsPaid Time Off401(k) Plan with Company MatchLeading Edge Tools & TechnologyYMCA Health & Fitness MembershipEducation & Advancement OpportunitiesIncentive ProgramsCharitable Contributions MatchAnd More!Jones Sign Company is an equal opportunity employer with a diverse workplace that promotes a culture of trust, respect, and transparent communication.
