This part-time, remote role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, defining program roadmaps, tracking milestones, and managing risks and dependencies. The Senior Program Manager will communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, prepare status reports, and facilitate decision-making to keep programs on track. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining processes, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying opportunities to improve program efficiency and outcomes.Qualifications Program and project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.Strategic thinking and analytical skills to align initiatives with business goals and interpret data for decision-making.Experience working in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, influence without formal authority, and resolve issues constructively.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile) are a plus.Comfort with digital collaboration tools and documentation platforms commonly used in remote and distributed teams.Experience in program management within technology, consulting, or operations-focused environments is preferred.
