Technical Skills:-• Good technical knowledge of Windows and Windows software• Intermediate issue debugging skills• Some level of testing experience• Excellent technical communication skills - especially related to describing complex issues and submitting detailed issue reports that are actionable by the engineering team• Self-motivation - completes work without constant oversightThe following is not mandatory, but would be a plus:• Experience with HP systems (Sudden Impact, DASH, Pulsar, etc.)• Linux knowledge/experience• Experience with VDI remote computing solutions (e.g. Citrix, VMware)Behavioral Skills:• Very good communication skills• Should be very interactive and top on deliverables being working from client environmentQualification:• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
