In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing,repairing, and maintaining a variety of home appliances includingrefrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. Your expertisewill help ensure our customers receive prompt and reliable service whilesupporting our reputation for excellence in appliance repair and fieldservice.\Responsibilities**\ Diagnose and repair home appliances such as refrigerators,dishwashers, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.\ Perform electrical troubleshooting and equipment repairs to restoreappliances to optimal working condition.\ Read and interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams toaccurately identify issues.\ Returns unused parts back to the warehouse.\ Maintain detailed service records of repairs performed and parts usedfor each job.\ Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly andensuring customer satisfaction.\ Ability to work in an independent work environment.\ Maintaining service parts inventory on service vans.\Required Skills & Experience:**\ Proven experience as a service technician or appliance repairspecialist with a strong background in field service operations.\ Knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and mechanicalassembly techniques.\ Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicatetechnical information effectively.\ Prior experience with equipment repair including electricaltroubleshooting and mechanical adjustments is highly desirable.
