Thatswhy this role is all about working with peopleclients, coworkers,subcontractors, and community partnersto create spaces that matter.Key Responsibilities **Lead Project Planning & Execution:**Anticipate project needs andcreate and communicate budget and pathway for the team to achievethe clients vision. Own the success of the project frompreconstruction through completion.\[MR1\] **Drive Budget & Cost Control:**Maintain precise project budgets,track changes in real time, complete projections, transparentlycommunicate to stakeholders, and ensure accurate and timely billing. **Coordinate with Stakeholders:**Serve as the primary contact forclients while collaborating respectfully with superintendents,subcontractors, estimators, and the design team to ensure smoothproject delivery. **Manage Procurement & Materials:**Oversee bidding, subcontractorprocurement, and material tracking from submittal to fabricationusing company software. **Ensure Safety & Quality:**Uphold OSHA and Hutton safety standards,proactively resolve issues, and lead site planning meetings andproject reviews. **Oversee Documentation & Closeout:**Produce timely payapplications, communicate project status with leadership, and manageall closeout procedures to ensure successful completion.Requirements**Education and Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in construction management, construction science,business administration, engineering, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience working as a project manager orsuperintendent required.**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification with working knowledge of OSHAand company safety protocols Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to read, interpret, and communicate construction plans andspecifications Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearlyconvey instructions and expectations Team-oriented with the ability to work productively with others Effective problem-solving skills with sound judgment, tact, andprofessionalism**Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** Experience with construction scheduling software (ASTA, Primavera,or equivalent) Experience with estimating software (Timberline, Beck, orequivalent) Proficiency with PDF viewing and editing tools (Bluebeam, Adobe, orequivalent) Working knowledge of building codes, inspections, site logistics,and scheduling Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others in a constructionenvironment Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with ownersand project partnersWork Environment You will work mainly within an office environment with regularopportunities for site visits and onsite opportunities.
