Electrical Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Electrical Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects in various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and institutional. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues.Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources, and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and ensure adherence to best practices in electrical engineering.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferredProven experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction, preferably in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Familiarity with project management software and tools.
