Summary Responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining integrations, automation workflows, ETL processes, and data solutions across enterprise HR, payroll, and financial systems. This role emphasizes hands-on technical development and operational support for critical business applications and data exchanges. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain integration and automation solutions using C#, SQL, APIs, ETL tools, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies Build and support system integrations using APIs, .NET-based services, secure file transfers, and custom ETL processes Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines supporting business operation Create automated workflows using desktop and cloud-based automation tools, along with SQL-driven ETL processes Support low-code and no-code automation platforms for business process efficiency Implement and maintain REST and SOAP-based integrations, including authentication and secure data exchange mechanism Troubleshoot issues across integrations, automation workflows, and cross-system data flow Monitor and support the reliability and performance of enterprise application integrations and processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR, payroll, finance, and ERP-related workflow Process and transform structured and semi-structured data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and Excel Required Qualifications Strong experience with relational databases, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures Experience developing integrations and automation solutions using C#, .NET, APIs, and ETL tools Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS or ERP integrations (e.g., file-based, API-driven, or middleware-based integrations Experience with automation tools supporting both attended and unattended workflows Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and modern authentication methods (OAuth, token-based, etc. Experience supporting HR, payroll, finance, or ERP-related systems and data processes Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in integration and automation environment
