The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, follows instructions well, and is committed to safety and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Assist with site grading, excavation, and preparation for landscaping and construction projectsOperate hand tools and assist with equipment as directedFollow instructions from crew leaders and supervisorsMaintain a clean and safe job siteLoad and unload materials as neededPerform other general labor duties as assignedRequirements:Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityPhysical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual laborValid drivers license and reliable transportation preferredPrior grading, landscaping, or construction experience is a plus but not requiredCompensation:Competitive hourly wage based on experienceOpportunities for overtimeConsistent, year-round work (40-60 hours/week)
