We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to be part of the EBPR team! The OT will provide clinical services to a pediatric population both clinic, school, and home settings and collaborate with our multidisciplinary staff to ensure appropriate team disciplines to carry out therapy programs for clients.Job Duties:Provide occupational therapy services to EBPR clients (clinic-based, home-based, school-based)Conduct evaluations of new and ongoing clientsSubmit clinical reports and notes in a timely mannerConduct 6 month and annual progress meetings, in addition to other parent meetings, as neededMaintain respect and confidentiality for all clientsMaintain target billable hours for full time roleMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societiesAttend staff trainings and agency meetings, as needed Candidate Requirements: Current Illinois licensureMaintain standing with AOTA/IOTA and current certification with DHS/EI
