IT Director

We are currently seeking an IT Director with the experience and vision to lead implementation of improved company-wide business processes and requirements for related Information Technology (IT) systems to enable the long-term sustainability of the company. This individual will lead these initiatives with full support from executive management. The successful leader will need to demonstrate a broad set of business and leadership skills in support of the following responsibilities: Identify, analyze and improve existing business processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards or simply improve quality and the user experience for customers and end-users.Responsible for the successful development and execution of project plans leading to sustainable improvements to systems and processes.Lead and facilitate improvement teams across multiple locations – often multiple teams at one time.Develop and maintain a strategic program roadmap, priorities, project plans and milestones by work-streamsEnsure capability and sustainability through employee trainingSupport IT team to develop and implement the organization's IT strategy and operational direction in alignment with Company's business objectives THE PROFILE The successful candidate must have strong experience in implementing engineering, manufacturing and quality business process improvements, including ERP implementation. The successful candidate will also be detail-oriented and organized, with good business judgment and strong communication & leadership skills, as well as the strong ability to build trustworthy relationships with staff, business partners and employees at all levels including Company's international teams in Asia-Pacific.REQUIREMENTSBS/BA in Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in a Business Process Improvement or Quality role in a manufacturing environmentExperience integrating business processes with IT systems including ERP implementationExperience managing global, cross-functional projects and teamsSelf-starter with ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple, competing prioritiesWorking knowledge and understanding of Lean, project management and change management. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and process flowcharting applications (Visio, etc)Ability to travel internationally up to 25% including AsiaPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA or other relevant graduate degreeSix Sigma Black Belt, PMP or change management certificationExperience in the semiconductor or electronics assembly equipment industries is a plus
