This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct attorney interaction, and the opportunity to work on substantive matters in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities Manage large and complex case files from inception through trial Draft, revise, and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence Coordinate and manage document production, eDiscovery, and case databases Assist with deposition preparation, witness files, expert coordination, and trial preparation Prepare hearing, mediation, arbitration, and trial materials Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and litigation logistics Support attorneys in fast-paced, detail-intensive litigation mattersQualifications Minimum 5 years of defense litigation paralegal experience Experience supporting complex civil litigation matters Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures Trial preparation experience strongly preferred Experience with document-intensive litigation and eDiscovery platforms preferredRequired Skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-focused mindsetThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal seeking substantive work, strong collaboration, and exposure to sophisticated litigation matters.
