Litigation Paralegal

Legal Administrative Assistant: Real EstateOur client is looking for a litigation paralegal with 4+ years of law firm experience who has strong general civil litigation skills and ideally some employment law exposure. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment supporting partners on high-profile matters for clients. Bonus points if you have experience with federal court practice and e-discovery platforms.What you'll be doing:Support two litigation partners on complex employment law and voting rights matters, handling filings, discovery, and case management from inception through resolutionDraft and proofread pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, and deposition summariesPrepare trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness files for active litigation mattersManage document production and e-discovery workflows using litigation support toolsConduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER to support attorney work productMaintain case files and calendars with meticulous attention to court deadlinesEnter billable time consistently and accurately — the firm has a soft target of 800 hours annually and is building a billing-focused paralegal cultureCommunicate directly with clients in a professional and polished manner, representing the firm's high standardsWhat they're looking for:4-10 years of litigation paralegal experience at a law firmGeneral civil litigation background with filings and discoveryExperience supporting partners directly on active casesEmployment law or employment litigation exposureParalegal certificate requiredBachelor's degreeDrafting pleadings, discovery requests, and subpoenasTrial binder and exhibit preparation (digital and paper)Proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, or PACERBillable time entry experience and discipline
