The team members of Beer Capitol Distributing, LLC are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers. This position is responsible for providing in-store by merchandising and stocking our products at customer accounts. Merchandising includes stocking shelves, building displays, installing POS as well as keeping POS presentable, rotating stock, and ensuring products are presented for consumer purchase.Schedule:Mandatory Saturday availabilityResponsibilities for this position include:Merchandise, stock and rotate product at each accountInventory and reorganize back stocks, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as neededAbility to build displays, fix shelving, hang signageRequirements Skills and Abilities include:Prior customer service experience preferredAbility to work independentlyExcellent inter-personal skills; friendly, personable, and approachableGoal oriented, focused, and assertiveA valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance is requiredPhysical Requirements include:Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basisWalk and stand for long periods of time; bending, twisting, squatting, liftingClimbing up and down laddersWe offer a professional, safe and friendly work environment as well as a competitive pay structure.
