Cylinder Filler, Production Team

Job Description Butler Gas is currently seeking safety-and-accuracy-focused hustlers to join our production team as a Cylinder Filler in the industrial gas manufacturing and fill plant. Our production positions are both mentally and physically demanding, they require attention to detail, physical fitness, and mathematical aptitude. Our manufacturing and fill plants are the heart of our business, moving us closer to becoming the regions best gas manufacturer and distributor.What will I be doing?Filling industrial and medical gas cylinders (sorting, prefill inspecting, filling, tracking) Filling specialty gas cylinders if aptitude or experience permits Operating a forklift to stage cylinders and load/unload trucks Safely and accurately fulfilling customer orders Maintaining plant equipment and operations workspace Blasting, painting, barcoding cylindersExperience / CredentialsIndustrious work ethic, highly self-motivated Proficiency in math Mechanically minded Strong people, teamwork, communication skills Experience in manufacturing; industrial/medical/specialty gas operations ideal CDL Hazmat growth opportunities availableCompensation / BenefitsHourly wage (>= $20.00/hour) based on operations and manufacturing experienceHealth/Dental/Vision 80%-Company-Paid with FSA Optional Life Insurance 100%-Company-Paid Long-Term Disability 100%-Company-Paid 401K Wealth Building with Matching Annual Profit Sharing Monthly Profit Sharing Paid Time Off plus 8 Paid Holidays AnnuallyHours / Schedule8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
