Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer / Tech Support Engineer Location: Atlanta, GA Work Mode: Hybrid 3 Days Onsite Required Experience Required: 3 5+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for critical business applications and payment gateway systems for a major banking client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SQL, Linux, Windows, and observability/monitoring tools, along with working knowledge of AWS and ServiceNow. This role requires proactive incident management, production support expertise, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographic regions. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production support environment with strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities Provide production and application support for critical business applications and payment gateway systems.Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability using observability and monitoring tools.Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and database-related incidents.Perform root cause analysis and support incident/problem management processes.Work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure system stability and performance.Support Linux and Windows-based application environments.Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, validation, and data analysis.Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders for issue resolution and operational support.Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management, incident tracking, and change coordination.Support cloud-based environments and deployments within AWS infrastructure.
