This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues, supporting mobile and desktop devices, and ensuring reliable technology operations for field and facility staff.This position performs a balanced mix of ticket resolution, preventative maintenance, and project participation, including equipment refreshes, infrastructure upgrades, and facility expansions. Work is performed onsite at Cantex locations, requiring daily travel between facilities. This is not a remote position.The role includes two weeks of onboarding in Dallas at HQ before transitioning to independent field work.
