The College serves the residents of Accomack County and Northampton County as a two-year institution of higher learning. Operating under policies established by the State Board for Community Colleges and the Eastern Shore Community College Board, the college is financed primarily with state funds, supplemented by contributions from the two counties and the Eastern Shore Community College Foundation.Position SummaryProvides part-time administrative and functional support for Career Services Center.Functional ResponsibilitiesEstablishes and maintains records for Career Services Center (CSC). Tracks and reports required data in support of the Center’s Work Based Learning program. Assists scheduling appointments with clients, mentors, and employers. Tracks Career Services contacts and milestones using state and local technology applications. Provides on-and-off-site support for Career Services events. Creates and maintains forms and meeting notes and provides additional support for Career Services Center.Special AssignmentsMay be required to perform other duties as assigned.
