Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.Experience•2 years - Working in the field of digital experience design, UX research or usability.Skills\Certifications•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability.•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)•Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects•Excellent oral and written communication skills•Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsResponsibilities:Support accessibility reviews and testing across digital content, documents, and experiences using established standards (e.g., WCAG), tools, and assistive technologies.Assist with accessibility-related content and document review efforts, including initiatives focused on reducing long‑term maintenance and compliance risk.Provide practical accessibility guidance to designers, developers, content teams, and other partners to help improve usability and inclusion.Help coordinate accessibility intake, documentation, reporting, or vendor‑related activities during periods of increased demand.Contribute to additional accessibility initiatives or projects as needed and capacity allows
