Administrative AssistantHouston, TX 77009M-F 8:00am-5:00pmContract: $22/hr.DESCRIPTION:Organize client events, travel, training, purchase program incentives, manage and organize inventory, office management, create reports, coordinate a carry out outreach, manage program referrals inventory, office management, create reports, coordinate outreach manage program referrals. Must be proficient with Microsoft suite products especially Excel Word, and Outlook, have ability to navigate electronic databases, lift 25lbs, have a valid driver's license exemplary organizational skills. Will perform other duties as assigned. Must have a valid Texas Drive and comply with AP 2-2 policy. Will work various locations upon requested.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSRequires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSOne year of administrative experience is required. Professional administrative experience may be substituted for the above education requirement on a year-for-year basis.WORKING CONDITIONSPHYSICAL EFFORT:The position is physically comfortable; the individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc.WORK ENVIRONMENT:There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions.PHYSICAL SKILL:
