Senior Windows/O365/Active Directory Engineer
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administration and support for Windows Server and Windows Client environments Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core Windows infrastructure services Support and maintain Microsoft Exchange and O365 environments Troubleshoot Outlook client issues and email infrastructure problems Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Teams, and OneDrive Perform Windows server/client security compliance, remediation, and hardening activities Support file and print services within enterprise environments Participate in Windows infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvement initiatives Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, authentication, and connectivity issues Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and standards Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams on enterprise projects Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from a reputed institution 10–12 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows infrastructure environments Strong experience with Active Directory administration and troubleshooting Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and O365 environments Expertise with Windows Server and Windows Client administration Experience administering DNS, DHCP, File/Print services Knowledge of Windows security compliance and remediation practices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience working within enterprise-scale production environments Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid identity environments Experience with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive administration Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation Experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation tools Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust security concepts
