Job Title: Senior Windows / O365 / Active Directory EngineerLocation: San Jose, CA (4 days onsite)Duration: Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking a Senior Windows / O365 / Active Directory Engineer with 10–12 years of enterprise infrastructure experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 services, and Active Directory administration. This role will focus on Windows server/client administration, security compliance, O365 support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, infrastructure operations, system security remediation, and end-user support within large-scale production environments.Required QualificationsWindows / O365 / Active Directory 10 to 12 years of experience:1. Engineering graduate (Computer/Electronics) from a reputed college2. Provide Windows system (Server & Client) administration & support.3. Windows server/client security compliance and remediation.4. Support email infrastructure built on exchange/O365 and client-side Outlook issues.5. Setup and troubleshoot any issues with core infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS DHCP, File/Print services.6. Support O365 services - Intune, Teams, OneDrive.7. Work on Windows Infrastructure upgrade/improvement projects/tasks
