The Wholesale Parts Advisor plays a key role in building strong business relationships with independent repair facilities, body shops, commercial accounts, and wholesale customers by providing accurate parts support, timely communication, and dependable service.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands automotive parts operations, and enjoys developing long-term customer relationships.BenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid vacationPaid sick time401(k)401(k) matchingFlexible spending accountProfessional development assistanceLife insuranceEmployee assistance planDisability insuranceWhat You Will DoAssist wholesale customers with parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and order placementIdentify and source automotive parts accurately using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systemsProcess wholesale orders efficiently and accurately to support timely delivery and customer satisfactionCoordinate with the Shipping and Receiving team and delivery drivers to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillmentCommunicate with customers regarding backorders, special orders, shipping updates, and order statusDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with repair facilities, body shops, fleet accounts, and commercial customersPromote dealership parts programs, manufacturer promotions, and value-added servicesWork closely with the Parts Department and management team to support inventory accuracy and order efficiencyHandle returns, credits, and warranty-related parts transactions in accordance with dealership policiesMaintain accurate records, invoices, and customer account informationSupport departmental goals related to sales growth, customer retention, and operational efficiencyMaintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach in all interactionsWho We Are Looking ForPrevious experience as a Parts Advisor, Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferredCDK experience a plusStrong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and manufacturer catalog systemsExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsStrong communication, organization, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracyAbility to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and follow through on customer requestsProfessional attitude with a team-oriented mindsetPay: $90,000 - $110,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, commissions, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $25.00 to $33.00 per hour.
