This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced wholesale environment and understands the needs of electrical contractors, maintenance teams, and builders.What You'll Be Doing:Assist walk-in and phone customers with product selection, quotes, and order entryEnter stock, direct, back, and special orders with accuracyProvide timely and accurate quotes and follow up to close salesMaintain and restock showroom and counter area for product availability and visibilityCommunicate with customers and coworkers in a professional and friendly mannerWork with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillmentWhat We're Looking For:3+ years experience in electrical wholesale (REQUIRED)Solid knowledge of electrical supply products (conduit, fittings, wire, breakers, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsComputer skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PDFs, and ideally Epicor Solar Eclipse or similar ERPBonus Points For Experience With:Epicor Solar Eclipse softwareBilingual (English/Spanish)Previous work with similar distributorsBenefits:Profit SharingPaid Vacation & HolidaysPaid Sick LeaveJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Employee discountFlexible schedulePaid time offShift:8 hour shiftDay shift
