Lumina Productions is hiring a Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support our growing event production company.We’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive who can help manage daily operations, client communication, bookkeeping, contractor payments, and event-level financial reporting.This role requires experience with QuickBooks, WordPress, and AI tools such as Claude. The right candidate should be comfortable managing emails, tracking incoming and outgoing payments, supporting our books, and preparing post-event financial summaries so we can clearly review profitability after each event.Please only apply if you have relevant experience in office management, bookkeeping, and administrative support.
