Electrical Engineer

Position: Electrical Engineer (Staff Engineer)Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)Type: Direct Hire - Full Time Employment** No Corp to Corp **What You’ll Do - We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to help deliver the electrical infrastructure for a large manufacturing facility. This person will be hands‑on in guiding the design, build, and commissioning of power distribution systems, substations, and utility infrastructure, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and local utility partners.It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys owning complex projects, collaborating across disciplines, and making sure work is done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in an industrial environment.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience5+ years of experience working with electrical systems in industrial or large‑facility environmentsSolid understanding of electrical systems, safety practices, and industry standardsExperience supporting projects in complex or large‑scale facilitiesStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlinesFamiliarity with power systems and power electronicsExperience using electrical design or schematic toolsBasic knowledge of automation or control systemsProfessional license or certification is a plus, not required
