Loan Officer Assistant

As a top mortgage broker in Maine, we have an opening for Experienced Mortgage Loan Assistant to support our elite team of professionals in our Falmouth, ME headquarters. This is an in-office position so the ideal candidate will be able to commute to the office on a daily basis. Responsibilities Collaborate with loan officers to ensure loan structuring and adherence to underwriting guidelines. Assist in loan processing, managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring timely completion of documentation. Communicate effectively and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process. Exhibit excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process. Qualifications MUST be able to work in the office, This is NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Minimum 2-5 years experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or similar position NMLS LICENSE is preferred in the state of Maine Encompass and Salesforce experience is a HUGE plus Outgoing - Comfortable talking to clients in person or via phone Team player Previous experience in the mortgage industry with a strong understanding of loan structuring, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing Exceptional customer service skills to provide support and address inquiries throughout the loan process Sales-oriented mindset A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to be coached and mentored by top industry professionals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: Falmouth, ME 04105 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Falmouth, ME 04105: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
