Loan Officer Assistant

Maine Pointe Lending, a division of Madison Mortgage Services Inc. in Falmouth, ME is seeking a dedicated sales-focused Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 annually Responsibilities: Assist loan officers with preparing and organizing loan application documents. Participate in sales-related activities - including interacting with our real estate agent partners and attending events and trainings. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for loan officers. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for loan applications. Conduct initial screening of loan applicants to ensure they meet basic requirements. Work closely with our operations team. Qualifications: 2-5 years of previous experience as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant. MUST be able to work in our Falmouth office - this is NOT a remote position. Microsoft Office skills. MLO license in the state of ME and surrounding states is preferred but not required.
