The program begins with an immersive training period where you'll gain a deep understanding of the car wash industry, preventative maintenance, time management, accountability, and effective team leadership. Throughout the training period, you will have dedicated support from mentors, peers, and coaches. You'll also explore the kind of leader you want to become, with guidance and support every step of the way.After the training period, you will operate one of our sites as the full-time leader. You will still have support and guidance as you transition from apprentice to leader. You'll be challenged to stretch beyond your comfort zone, but you'll have support every step of the day. The person will be in constant motion and will have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
