Technical Project ManagerLocation: Phoenix, AZJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across security, cloud, engineering, and enterprise technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent project execution skills, and experience coordinating multiple teams and workstreams in a large enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and strategic enterprise initiatives.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, cloud, security, architecture, infrastructure, and product.Partner with technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.Identify, track, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.Facilitate project governance meetings, status reviews, risk assessments, and executive updates.Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, milestones, and commitments.Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and action items clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.Drive resolution of cross-team dependencies and remove delivery impediments.Ensure project execution follows established engineering, security, and governance standards.Support Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action items, and decision records.Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team collaboration.Work closely with leadership to ensure projects remain aligned with business and technology objectives.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in technical project management or technology program management.Experience managing complex projects within a large enterprise environment.Strong understanding of software development and IT infrastructure lifecycles.Experience working across engineering, cloud, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams.Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology initiatives.PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.Experience working with large financial services or highly regulated organizations.
