The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage tenant improvement construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and identify issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and resolve any conflicts that arise.Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any concerns promptly.Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.Proven experience managing tenant improvement projects and clean room construction.Strong understanding of design-build processes and construction methodologies.BenefitsMedicalVisionDental401(K)BonusAnd More!
