Digital & Brand Marketing Manager

The CP Foods North America group is currently seeking a Digital & Brand Marketing Manager to join our team! We are headquartered in Minneapolis, MN and have locations in Duluth, MN, Jackson, OH and Vernon, CA. Position Information: The Consumer & Brand Marketing Manager will have exposure to all aspects of marketing with a strong emphasis on digital, social, consumer and shopper marketing. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s consumer marketing strategy and tactics. This will include setting marketing strategies, recommending programming, executing tactics, creating content, analyzing performance, tracking results and managing the budget. Additionally, this role will include day-to-day brand management activities, utilizing similar analytic and strategic skills. The selected candidate will help drive strategic decision-making through collecting and analyzing consumer data to create and execute strategies for the brand and company across multiple platforms. This is an independent contributor role that will work within the marketing team and have close collaboration with sales, and other internal teams. Job Duties Consumer Marketing · Lead marketing strategy for all brands across all channels and platforms. · Create, develop and execute innovative digital, social and shopper marketing campaigns that deliver on the business and brand objectives. · Define and track KPIs and measurement tools and analyze performance to identify issues and opportunities and distill to recommendations to dramatically optimize campaigns and results. · Ensure overall brand message integrates into all marketing strategy and achieves defined business goals by maximizing the impact of content. · Maintain an understanding of industry trends and provide relevant insights to senior leadership and determine how to translate trends into meaningful marketing strategy. · Manage all aspects of marketing budgets. Brand Management · Identify and evaluate of key business issues, drivers and growth opportunities using a variety of data sources and analytical tools. · Plan, design & measure marketing initiatives to achieve established brand objectives. · Translate analytics into insights and strategies to optimize business performance. · Demonstrate knowledge of the P&L, its components and financial impacts of recommendations. · Lead product development and guide cross-functional project teams to deliver on targets. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a relevant field. · 3+ years of digital marketing experience. · Experience or exposure to brand management and/or brand analytics, preferably in a CPG environment. · Demonstrated experience creating and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. · Proven ability to create visual content (photo & video) to be utilized across platforms. · Experience maintaining and updating digital and social platforms. · Proficient in adobe suite (photoshop and illustrator). · Ability to write persuasive copy within brand voice guidelines. · Excellent understanding of data analytics & web analytics; experience in syndicated research database is a plus (Circana/Nielsen). · Experience effectively presenting information to top management and customers. · Strong communication skills, ability to assess and understand needs and effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the organization as well as outside partners. · Solid work ethic with a high level of energy who can take a “roll-up-the-sleeves” approach. · Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, with accountability to deliver on expectations and deadlines. · Exhibit sense of urgency to handle multiple projects in a fast paced and evolving environment.
