Role: Java Lead DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week)W2 COntractRequired Qualifications9+ years of experience in Java application development.3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and core Java concepts.Expertise in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.Strong experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented principles.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
