Texas Licensed Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Title Examiner with Texas experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough searches of public records and examine property titles in accordance with regulatory standards Review documents affecting property titles and prepare Title Commitments for final policies Mentor junior examiners on title issues and communicate with various stakeholders in the title process Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of Texas title examination experience Strong understanding of title examination processes and relevant documentation Experience with Residential Lot/Block examination; Acreage experience preferred Proficient in Title Data (TIMS) software and related tools Good research skills and familiarity with legal terms and developments affecting real property
