We view this position as an opportunity for long-term professional growth and a potential future full-time career path. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing residential real estate development and construction projects from acquisition through completionCoordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout all phases of developmentSupport onsite project activities including material selections, ordering windows, doors, appliances, finishes, and coordinating deliveriesAI skills to automate tasks and create agents and co-working agents to simplify tasks for themselves and team membersAbility to draw mockups or edit floorplans using AutoCAD or Revit.Help oversee project schedules, budgets, timelines, and overall construction progressMonitor construction quality and assist with punch-list and project closeout activitiesParticipate in contract and vendor coordination, bid collection, and cost analysisAssist with value engineering efforts to help control costs and maximize project returnsWork closely with management on project planning, problem-solving, and operational tasksSupport management of the company’s residential rental portfolio, including:coordinating maintenance and repairscommunicating with vendorsassisting with tenant screening and leasing activitieshelping oversee day-to-day property operations Qualifications & SkillsStrong organizational and project management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAI skills to be productive in our work environmentSelf-motivated, resourceful, and highly detail-orientedStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, positive, and team-oriented attitudeComfortable adapting to changing priorities and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, AutoCAD/Revit and general productivity softwareExperience in residential construction, real estate development, project management, architecture, design, accounting, finance, or property management is highly valued but not required. RequirementsRecently completed a college degreeValid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong follow-up and communication skills via phone, email, and textComfortable working both in the office and onsite at active projectsInterest in real estate development, construction, and entrepreneurshipEagerness to learn and grow within a small, dynamic company environment Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about real estate development and construction.
