Your impact will be immediately visible as you ensure flawless execution for our listings from start to finish, drive process improvements, and mentor team members.Role Breakdown:85% Listing Project Manager15% Special ProjectsWhat You'll DoAs Our Listing Project Manager:Support listing agents with any listing activityInterface daily with seller clientsApply your project management expertise toward owning our listing processes from start to finish, including:Oversee and manage budgetsManage listing prep workCommunicate scheduling, progress, and check-ins with sellers and vendorsOwn communication timelines to sellers, escrow agents, and buyers' agentsPrepare disclosure packages, including working with homeowner associations and sellers to gather documents, and ordering all necessary reportsRun point on transaction coordinationMaintain our high standards even at peak volume!Run errands and provide support at open houses and showings as needed (some weekend flexibility is required)Who You AreA natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environmentsAn operational innovator with a talent for seeing the big picture while managing detailsA gifted trainer and mentor who elevates the performance of those around youA flexible professional who adapts quickly to changing prioritiesSomeone with exceptional communication skills across all mediums, valuing quick responsivenessThrives in a fast-paced environment and has a positive, can-do attitude!A self-starter with the drive to exceed expectations without close supervisionA team player with unwavering ethical standards and high integrityWhat You'll NeedProven track record in project management or a similar leadership roleExperience in real estate operations or listing coordination is highly valuedOutstanding project management capabilitiesExceptional attention to detail without losing sight of strategic goalsProficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Gmail) and Monday.com Project Management Platform (not a requirement, but a plus)Reliable transportation for visiting properties when needed (must have a reliable car!)Understanding of building materials and construction systems is a plusWhat We OfferA meaningful role where your contributions directly impact business successOpportunity to work closely with leadership and shape company operationsProfessional development in both operations management and real estateCompetitive medical benefits and paid time offThe DetailsSchedule: Hybrid arrangement, full-time 40+ hoursHours: 9am - 6pm with some flexibility required for evenings and weekends based on business needsLocation: Must be based within a 30-minute commute of San FranciscoTransportation: Daily access to a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and insurance requiredThe physical requirements described here are representative of those necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
