Key responsibilities include driving franchise growth, managing the full sales process, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to support successful franchise expansion. The role also involves lead generation, relationship management, and ensuring compliance with franchise disclosure laws and agreements.Applicants for the Head of Franchise Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in franchise sales, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing franchise deals, a strong understanding of franchise business models and regulations, and excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment are essential.
