Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Roofing Sales role located in Fayetteville, AR. The Roofing Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and connecting with prospective clients, assessing their roofing needs, providing accurate estimates, and facilitating the entire sales process. Key tasks involve conducting onsite inspections, creating and presenting proposals, and maintaining relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skillsAbility to assess client needs through site inspections and offer tailored solutionsKnowledge of roofing materials, construction, and industry practicesProficiency in creating and delivering proposals and estimatesStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPrevious sales experience, particularly in roofing or construction, is a plusValid driver’s license and reliable transportationCommison for door to door sales is 50% and 30% for warm lead appointments
