District Sales Manager, Automotive F&I

In this role, you will act as a consultative partner—helping dealerships improve F&I performance, increase product penetration, strengthen processes, and drive long-term business growth.What You'll DoDealer Relationship ManagementServe as the primary relationship manager for dealership partners within your territoryBuild strong relationships with dealership leadership, finance managers, and sales teamsDevelop retention and growth strategies to increase wallet share and overall performanceSupport dealership groups and larger accounts in partnership with other District ManagersF&I Performance & TrainingDeliver consultative guidance on F&I processes, sales performance, and dealership operationsConduct in-dealership training and coaching with finance and sales teamsDemonstrate APCO’s F&I process and product offerings effectivelyConduct performance reviews, competency testing, and follow-up coachingSupport implementation and training initiatives related to APCO tools and programsBusiness Growth & StrategyConduct dealership opportunity analysis and develop action plans for improvementPresent recommendations and business strategies to dealership executives and ownersMonitor dealership performance and identify opportunities for growthSupport development of new dealer relationships through networking and referralsOperational ExcellenceMaintain activity tracking and reporting within HubSpotEnsure compliance with dealership, industry, and regulatory requirementsManage territory priorities effectively while meeting established KPIs and goalsWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou’ll be successful in this role if you’re a strong relationship builder who enjoys helping dealerships improve performance and drive results.
