Operations Process Manager

Overview In this role you drive the redesign and execution of launch and monetization processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and impact. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance, clear outcomes, and alignment with company goals. You monitor metrics, identify automation opportunities, and apply AI-enabled solutions to scale processes. You will help shape go-to-market approaches and learnings from post-launch incidents to drive continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end governance for processes with documentation of flows, controls, and systemsMonitor process performance via data analysis and KPI benchmarking, translating insights into improvementsAnticipate and mitigate risks across the process lifecycle and implement resilient controlsCollaborate with stakeholders to address pain points and implement standards aligned to goalsSupport product launches by enforcing operational rigor across launch workflowsWrite requirements and promote adoption of AI solutions to enhance scale and accuracy in launch processesConsult on go-to-market strategies for new and updated offers, promotions, and pricingAnalyze post-launch incidents to derive learnings for future improvements Key requirementsMaster's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 2+ years process management/optimization experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years experience OR equivalent experienceexperience substantiating claims with compelling evidenceability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations with adaptability and a growth mindsetcollaborationstakeholder engagementcuriosityprocess managementdata analysisKPI benchmarking
