Job Title : Program ManagerLocation : Seattle, WA (Onsite – Hybrid)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and AI transformation programs across highly cross-functional organizations. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities to design scalable operating models, improve business processes, and enable organizational change in fast-paced, global environments.This role will partner closely with Design, Research, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to standardize workflows, improve team effectiveness, and identify practical opportunities to leverage AI across planning, documentation, and operational processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & OperationsLead strategic planning and operational excellence initiatives across multiple teams and functions.Design and implement scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and business processes.Drive execution of complex cross-functional programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Establish metrics, reporting mechanisms, and success measures to track operational effectiveness.Process Improvement & StandardizationDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and workflow frameworks.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.Create repeatable processes that support growth across global and matrixed organizations.Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven decision-making.Cross-Functional Program LeadershipPartner with Product, Design, Research, Engineering, and Business teams to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes.Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration across functions.Manage program risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.Influence decision-making without direct authority.AI Transformation & Organizational ChangeSupport enterprise AI adoption and transformation initiatives.Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI solutions to operational workflows, documentation, planning processes, and team productivity.Drive change management activities to promote adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.Collaborate with leadership teams to establish AI governance and operational best practices.Operational ExcellenceAssess current business processes and recommend optimization opportunities.Build frameworks that improve scalability, efficiency, accountability, and collaboration.Develop dashboards, operational reviews, and executive-level reporting.Ensure initiatives are aligned with broader organizational objectives.Required QualificationsCore Must-Have RequirementsProven experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or related cross-functional leadership roles.Experience developing and implementing SOPs, operational frameworks, governance processes, or scalable workflow models.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives within global or matrixed organizations.Experience supporting AI transformation, operational excellence, or enterprise change-management initiatives.Experience working with highly cross-functional teams such as Design, Research, Product, Engineering, or Operations.Experience contributing to AI adoption, enablement, process automation, or operational improvement programs.Ability to identify practical business use cases for AI across planning, documentation, reporting, and operational workflows.Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Important Secondary RequirementsExperience managing multiple programs simultaneously.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Process improvement and business transformation experience.Experience creating metrics, KPIs, and operational reporting mechanisms.Change management experience in large-scale organizations.Nice-to-Have RequirementsExperience with Generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).Background in Design Operations, Product Operations, Research Operations, or PMO functions.Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.Experience supporting globally distributed teams.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
