We're looking for detail-oriented team members to inspect, finish, and package precision aluminum castings used in industries like aerospace and defense. If you take pride in quality and like hands-on work, this is the job for you! What You'll DoInspect finished aluminum castings for quality, accuracy, and appearance.Use hand tools to fix minor casting defects.Label, count, and pack castings according to work instructions.Record inspection results and complete simple quality paperwork.Weigh and verify product and packaging to meet customer requirements.Safely move and stack parts using hoists or assist equipment for heavier castings.Keep your area clean, organized, and safe - every shift, every time. What We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and pride in quality work.Manufacturing or inspection experience a plus - we'll train motivated applicants!Basic math and recordkeeping skills.Team player who can work efficiently and safely.High school diploma or GED preferred.
